Sautéing: With this method, meat can be cooked within five minutes by ensuring that we have thin meat.



Cooking In A Pressure Cooker: In this method, thawed chicken is added to the pressure cooker along with spices and herbs. Cooking is done on high flame after adding water of about half a cup. 12-15 minutes are required for the meat to get ready.



Meat should always be checked before serving it, no matter what method is employed for cooking it.

BBQ chicken under Thai food category is very delicious. Some wonderful spices and unique ingredients are added for delivering the flavor that we enjoy. All the ingredients without chicken are to be mixed together. Chicken chunks are then marinated overnight by keeping them in a refrigerator. After this, the vegetables, chicken and pineapple chunks are placed over a skewer. Grill them till they are done.  

Dipping Sauce:  

Exciting dipping sauces can also be created by using some of these previously listed ingredients. These dipping sauces go very well with the BBQ chicken of the Thai type along with the various Chicken Spices . The sauce used for marinating the chicken should not be used for this purpose. Instead, some of it should be reserved for preparing dipping sauce after enough has been used for covering the chicken. Coconut milk can also be tried for various BBQ sauces.
